About Us
Roy G. Hidreth & Son, Inc. is a family-owned
business located in Spencer, West Virginia, where it has been in
operation for over fifty years. The corporation was
formed in 1976. All of the equipment owned by Roy G. Hildreth
& Son was put into the corporation. Today, Roy G. Hildreth
& Son, Inc. provides the well service and drilling for the
Hildreth companies Roy G. Hildreth & Son, Kimco, Megan Oil &
Gas, and Krakow.
| :: Kimco -- Partnership formed in
1979. Its function is to complement the corporation by
developing acreage, drilling, buying leasehold estates and
other various uses. |
| :: Krakrow, Inc. -- Purchased 1987.
Members of the Hildreth family purchased the stock. This
purchase added 33 wells and 1200 acres to the business. |

& Irene Hildreth dbs Roy G. Hidreth & Son --
Original company which began prior to 1951. Owns wells and
some land.
